How Visual Consulting + Coaching Works:

Brandy aims to pour as much valuable feedback and guidance as she can into each and every session. She recognizes your investment in the fees and both of your time and focus is precious. If you have ANY questions about how you can work together well, please contact Brandy before you purchase any sessions.

Pricing
Brandy Agerbeck charges $400 USD for a 50-minute live, online session. You can save 20% when you book a package of 3 sessions for $960. You can choose to use these in single sessions, or combine them in double- and triple-length sessions (if schedule allows). Each hour will take a 10 minute break.

Availability
Brandy's calendar is never consistent, but generally Brandy tries to book these sessions on Tuesdays. If you have an urgent or specific deadline you are trying to meet, message Brandy first to make sure she can meet your timing.

Attendees
These sessions are intended to be one-on-one. If you are part of a pair or group that wants to meet with Brandy together, message her for group rates.

Preparation
Upon checkout, you'll be given a text field to enter a brief description of your session's goals. Brandy will follow up within 48 hours to message further and book your session.

If you're looking for more accurate feedback on live sketchnotes or graphic facilitation, Brandy suggests you choose content from a list of suggested videos she can send you. Then she can better assess not just the visual choices, but your levels of content capture and organization.

If you're asking for feedback on finished work, Brandy will prepare for up to 30 minutes before your call. If Brandy estimates more time is needed, she'll message you so that you can either change the scope of the call or schedule more time.

The best use of your investment and short time together occurs during discussion. Context-setting is important, but can eat up a lot of minutes. You can get the most value sharing your context in text before the call, versus spending most of your session explaining the problem, versus discussing solutions.

Refunds
If for any reason Brandy doesn't think she can deliver true value in your time together, she may ask clarifying questions. If you are not a match, she'll refund payment.

Cancellations and No Shows
If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, or do not arrive for your call, no refund will be given.

Late Arrival
You book Brandy's time from the top of the hour for 50 minutes. Late time is lost.

Expiration
Multiple sessions need to be used within a six month time period.
