ORGANization

I can't share any details from today's graphic facilitation client. But I want to share the shape since it's so darn organic. Putting the organ in ORGANization. 

Celebrating a milestone anniversary, the company was looking back and looking forward. Here is a portion of one of the event's charts. I love all the blurbs and blobs showing the overlaps and connections between corporate HQ, the business units (BUs) and their partners. 

I picture that the prioritization stars and the triangle of change are parts of the organization. Change must be the mitochondria?
