Culture shocked. Today's graphic facilitation gig = Latinos talk Latino market. 100% delightful, boisterous, so loud I was scared. Am quiet-seeking Scandanavian.
:^) They were a FANTASTIC, engaged team. *And* I nearly broke into tears. Lots of taking deep breaths facing my wall of paper just remembering, "They aren't yelling at me, they aren't yelling at me."
