Creating Flow in Your Graphic Facilitation

flow graphic facilitation
graphic recording drawing from a group talking through shared guiding principles

Very pleased with the flow in this graphic facilitation chart for my client. This drawing began with the figure in the center (a classic) and the session's Objective being spoken out loud on the paper.

Then I moved over to the left side to capture all the details as the group's listed needs.

This kind of arcing lines are extremely flexible and forgiving.

I start in the vertical center. Then I work north and south. Wherever this part of the conversation ends, the section looks integrated and clear.

After the quick, detailed "brain dump," the conversation shifted into in-depth conversation. My work was to pull out the themes and capture their shared guiding principles in the yellow burst shapes on the right.
