Erasing Overwhelm with Visual Thinking

Sure, my brain is turbo-fast, noisy, and messy. It has a very shaky relationship with time. But it is also capable of making snazzy things, wild creativity, and incredible focus.

That's my brain. But then there is also the story I tell myself about my brain.

That is the Inner Critic.

Boy howdy, is she a scribble-headed turd.

She excels at telling me that no matter what I AM working on, I should be working on a dozen other things. Soon, I am working on zero things and completely overwhelmed.

That's when I grab paper and pen.

My #1 reason I use visual thinking?

Erasing Overwhelm.

A.k.a. Shushing my Inner Critic.

In this video I share:

  • A lil convo between me and my inner critic
  • The core principle behind visual thinking
  • 2 ways to-do lists don't work
  • One 90° change to shift your lists

This video is the first gift in The 12 Days of Vizmas. 👈 Click that link to learn more and sign up to make sure you don't miss any of the goodies I powered past my inner critic to make for you.
